  Topnotch Remediation was an absolute blessing. My basement had a serious flood due to a sump pump failure .  The owner (Mike) was very kind and reassuring. They made my house first priority the following day. Mike arrived promptly at 8 am to help me to assess the situation. Shortly after a crew of skilled and professional workers arrived and began immediately. Working with Topnotch was so unbelievably easy in the midst of my turmoil.

Every person I encountered from Topnotch was kind, courteous, and hard working. They were able to get all of the water out of my basement, thoroughly clean all the mud from the floors, remove all damaged items and place them conveniently so that I could itemize them for the insurance, fully pre treat the area for mold, place humidifiers and fans, and got rid of all of the damaged items for me. Best of all, they explained my insurance coverage in a way I could understand.
